Thomas Peyrat, Louis XIII Brand Ambassador and Nebojsa Kutlesic business Development Manager for the Remy & Cointreau UK took us on a journey through the history, technique and flavours and explanation has covered every topic on the subject and the audience had all their questions answered.
It was an amazing session, starting with the very well-known VSOP Mature Cask Finish, the new expression of Rémy Martin’s VSOP in Europe, followed by Remy Martin XO, moving on to the Centaure de Diamant, this Jewel Created by Pierrette Trichet, Rémy Martin’s previous Cellar Master is a blend of the 10% most awarded eaux-de-vie from the Heart of Cognac. To round off a fantastic day the best was kept ‘til last and our palates were treated to the darkest cognac of all,
