What were the highlights of the day?
Doors open at 2pm to the one of the best UKBG events of 2013, where 16 of major national and local brands offered tastings of their portfolio of products. Once the public started to build up our 18 competitors representing their Bars ,showing a great display of drink standards and imaginative recipies. Our guys impressed our judges Michael Sweetman UKBG London Chairman, Myles Cunliffe Mixology group Brigthon and Mark Smaley and Eric Chang from Drink Revolution Plymouth. It was a day where all the Bournemouth Bar trade including some good London Friends made possible a great event for a crowd of 100 people. Thanks to all the sponsors, the London UKBG committee, CJ Lohez resident Bar manager at Bar So and 1812 and all his staff.
