Bartender’s Hub is UKBG’s monthly member’s community session. Each month we platform partners, sponsors or speak to regional chairs about issues facing the industry. It’s an opportunity to network, share ideas, learn and help shape your career and venue.

Lucia Montanelli, UKBG London Hotel Bars Chair

This month, we will be welcoming Lucia Montanelli, UKBG’s London Hotel Bars Chair. Lucia has a throng of accolades – holding the AIBES Best Regional Young Regional Bartender from 2011-2016 and Best National Young Bartender in 2016, Gold Medallist at IBA 2016 Tokyo, and Beluga Signature Bartender 2019 – to name a few. As Head Bartender at The Dorchester Hotel, she knows what’s up. Lucia will be giving a full introduction to her role in the UKBG, how she will assist the membership and assist on regional issues and organising for London Hotels.

We will also be welcoming the Mixing Class's Hannah Lanfear to talk to us about the the training on offer for UKBG members. For those not in the know, the Mixing Class is the world’s leading independent WSET spirits school, and a proud UKBG partner.
